I am generally ok with drawing most things that aren’t listed in the “WILL NOT DO” section, but feel free to ask if you are unsure!Please note that for extremely complicated mecha characters and generally complex character designs, there may be an additional charge.I have the right to refuse any commission requests that I am not comfortable with or do not feel that I can complete in a satisfactory manner.
★ Slot and Waitlist Terms ★
Currently, I will announce whenever I am taking more slots or waitlist applications on my Discord server and my Bluesky account. My Discord server specifically features a role where you can be pinged when commissions are opened, if you are so inclined. You can also follow me on VGen to get automatic notifications for any services you are interested in.Typically when I announce a commission opening, I will open Skeb-style/quick commissions on a first come first serve, strictly limited slot basis (usually 3-5 maximum at a time) and I will open the other more involved commission tiers as waitlist applications. Skeb-style slots are charged immediately, while waitlist applications are not charged until your application is accepted and I am ready to start on it. I will work through the waitlist applications I receive over the following period of two months after the commission opening, and will try to get through as many as I can; however, due to high demand, I may not be able to accept every waitlist application I receive during a given period. The total number of slots I accept during each application period may vary depending on the types of requests that I receive and how extensive they are, and I reserve the right to close off waitlist applications once I feel the number I've received is beyond what I could reasonably take care of within the given two month time frame. All waitlist applications that I have not gotten to are reset and cleared out every two months in order to ensure all requests are up to date with what clients currently want and what they can currently pay. If your request is not accepted during a round of applications, do not worry - you are welcome to resubmit the same request during the next round of waitlist applications as well if you would like.All payments for all commission tiers are due in full upfront at the time your commission is charged - for Skeb-style, this is at the time of ordering, and for the waitlist commissions, this is at the time I message you accepting your slot.
★ Changes ★
Depending on the tier of commission you select, you will receive a number of WIPs (works in progress) throughout the process:

For each WIP, 2 free rounds of changes are included. If further rounds of changes are needed, there will be a $20 fee for each additional round. When you receive the final file, you are welcome to request up to 2 free rounds of changes here as well, but for minor last minute adjustments only - changes are much more difficult to make at this stage once everything has been finalized, so anything beyond minor adjustments to the final file may incur an additional charge depending on the extent of the requested changes. Please try to request things like major changes to the composition, poses, and character designs earlier in the process when you receive the initial sketch WIP.For all Skeb-style/quick commissions, there are NO rounds of changes. Skeb-style commissions are left fully up to the discretion of the artist. The only exception is if there are any errors made on my part (for example, a missing element on a character design) - I will run the final art by you before uploading it to VGen just to ensure there are no errors of this nature, and I will fix them if there are.
★ Turnaround Time ★
Please note that (sadly) I currently work a full time 40+ hr/week job during the day, so I can only work on commissions in my free time - as a result, my turnaround times may not always be very fast. If you need a drawing by a certain date, please let me know in the appropriate field on the application and I will do my best to work with you. If you need a drawing by a certain date ASAP and need to be bumped to the top of the waitlist, you can be prioritized next on the list for an additional $50 rush fee. I also have an online Trello page showing my commissions queue progress that you are free to check at any time - you can find the link at the top of this page.In general you can expect the following general rough turnaround times, starting from when I begin working on your commission slot:

If there is a complex background included, it will be roughly double the estimate(s) listed here. Multiple characters will incrementally increase the estimate as well.
★ Usage Rights ★
All commissions by default are intended for PERSONAL USE only and are NOT to be used for monetary gain - if you are intending to use the art for commercial use, please discuss with me as there will be an additional charge. The additional charge can vary depending on the client and the extent of the rights needed, but typical commercial rights (stream branding etc.) are usually at least 50% of the base price and full commercial rights (merch printing, etc.) are usually at least 100% of the base price. Examples of personal use versus commercial use generally include things like the following:

DO NOT USE MY ART FOR NFTs. DO NOT FEED MY ART INTO ANY KIND OF AI, AI ART GENERATOR OR AI SCRAPER, OR USE IT TO TRAIN AN AI DATABASE.For Personal Use (i.e., not Commercial) commissions, I have the right to post the commissions on my social media and use them for personal promotion as I see fit, including posting works-in-progress and livestreaming my work on my Twitch channel. If you prefer, I can refrain from showing works-in-progress and livestreaming the work upon request, but requesting I ALSO do not post the final, finished work at all will incur an exclusivity fee of $100. If you are commissioning fan art, I also reserve the right to sell it as a print and other types of physical merchandise if I so choose - if you do not wish for a fan art commission to be sold as a print or merchandise, please discuss with me upfront as this will also incur an exclusivity fee. If you are already paying for commercial usage rights, we will discuss the extent I can use it for my personal promotion and I will refrain from posting it publicly and other such uses if necessary.
★ Refund Policy ★
If you request a refund before I have started the work, I will refund you in full. Otherwise, I will refund you for the work that has not been done yet, depending on the stage we are at in the process - for example, if you paid for a full painted waist up piece (priced at $175) but request a refund after you have received the sketch (priced at $75), I will refund you $100 (the cost of the full painted piece minus the cost of the sketch). If I find that I have to refund the commission due to personal issues on my end, I will refund you in full. Once the art is fully complete, there are NO REFUNDS.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed above.
